Some children from year 5 and 6 competed in a football tournament at Diss High School on Friday. Our four teams showed wonderful team work and skill. As well as showing respect for other teams and the officials.
Our D team came 6th (out of 12), our C team came 5th, our B team came 4th and our A team came 1st!
The children in the Otters and Owls have been learning about the human body. Firstly, we had to see if they could name all the main organs in the human body, as well as putting them in the correct place in a body.
Then, we investigated inside our own bodies, by putting on a virtual t-shirt and using a special interactive app.
We were able to see our lungs, stomach, kidneys and even our own heart beating! (Not really!) We then went away in pairs to research one of our major organs and then present our research in an information text. Check out some of our work below!
