Science Day - inside our body!

The children in the Otters and Owls have been learning about the human body.

Firstly, we had to see if they could name all the main organs in the human body, as well as putting them in the correct place in a body.

Then, we investigated inside our own bodies, by putting on a virtual t-shirt and using a special interactive app.

We were able to see our lungs, stomach, kidneys and even our own heart beating! (Not really!)

We then went away in pairs to research one of our major organs and then present our research in an information text. Check out some of our work below!
